Grandparents’ Rights

Grandparents often suffer as a result of a relationship breakdown.  It is often feared by grandparents that they will lose contact with their grandchildren.  Ideally, if maters can be resolved amicably this should be the first step a grandparent takes.  However, it is often the case that as a result of the relationship breaking up, relationships are strained and it is often not practical or even possible to agree contact.
